At the time of writing this report we have completed one of our most challenging years to date. The economic uncertainties have affected everyone in some shape or form. The problems in the world financial markets has resulted in a restriction of credit this in turn seriously affected the housing market and peoples ability to buy new homes.

Notwithstanding these difficult economic times, we have maintained our focus on corporate social responsibility and have continued to show improvements in the way that we manage our environmental and social obligations.
