This year there have been no prosecutions, and breaches in planning conditions have fallen from six to three. Despite maintaining a safety performance better than the all builder average we did receive eight health and safety notices. Occupational Health and Safety is a key aspect of our business and we will continue to embed best practice throughout our operations in order to continue reducing the risk of accidents.
