The nature of our business brings us close to a variety of different stakeholders. In managing our activities we aim to be a responsive company and enter into dialogue with our stakeholders on a broad range of business issues. We have defined our primary stakeholders as follows:

    We have recognised that effective engagement with our stakeholders is an important element of our corporate responsibility programme and have established communication channels, including public consultation exercises and websites to achieve this objective. In addition, we regularly comment upon industry and trade developments and support consultation exercises via industry associations.
