Water

Conservation of water is now a national priority especially in the south east of England. In developing new homes we build in features aimed at minimising water usage. Where practical our development proposals will incorporate Sustainable Urban Drainage Schemes, (SUDS).  SUDS are more sustainable than conventional drainage schemes because they manage water run-off and are sympathetic to the local environment providing a habitat for urban wildlife whilst recharging natural groundwater supplies. Where we have been able to implement such schemes we have been able to reduce deliveries to site and have enhanced the natural ecology of the development.

Further design features that we include are dual flush toilets, spray taps, showers and water butts at selected sites, we have also incorporated rainwater harvesting at some locations.
